Autopsy complete emails

When an Autopsy is completed, Petra sends an email and generates a Prospecting Report that summarizes the findings.

During an MSP's free trial, all Admins on Petra and all incident notification methods receive this email.

After a trial, just the incident notification methods receive this email.
